Addressing Incoming Mail

Addressing Mail & Parcel

It is extremely important that anything sent to your virtual office address is correctly and clearly addressed to your covered business name.

Registered Address Service

When you are only using our Registered Address Service any mail arriving for your business must be addressed to your company name as it is shown at companies house. Abbreviations, acronyms, trading names and such are not covered and will not be processed correctly.
It’s also important to include the "Limited", "LTD", "LLP" and any other relevant suffixes after the name to ensure correct sorting.
