Most of the time we approve ID documents either the next working day or even the same working day! Our compliance personel normally work their way through the submitted documents each morning. We advise two working days from submission to allow enough time for any checks.

You can ensure everything is accepted and approved quickly by carefully reading what documents are acceptable and submitting clear colour copies of each required document. If you have any questions or need to check something, its best to contact us via email or call the office before submitting anything for approval. That way you know what you are submitting will be approved!
