Update Your Registered Office Address Online

Changing your company's registered office address using your company AUTH code.

You can change your registered office address at any time, as long as the new address remains within the same part of the UK in which your company is registered – England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland.
Changing your registered office address is quick and easy and can be done online. There is no fee to change your registered office address, but you’ll need your email address and your company authentication code.

What you need todo:

  1. Go to the Find and update company information page.
  2. Search and Find your company.
  3. Click on the ‘file for this company’ tab and follow the instructions to login or register.

  4. Once logged in select to change the registered office address.

  5. You will then be asked to enter the address. It is important to enter the address manually. This will ensure the address is printed correctly and mail sent to our office arrives safely. Click “Enter address manually”.

  6. Enter the OfficeServ registered address as follows:

  7. Submit your changes.
Please note clients are able to take advantage of the three different address formats you can receive mail at using OfficeServ. You can use the following in the "Building name or number" field. "Unit A", "Suite A" or just "82A" its completely up to you.  To find out more about our address formatting please click here

How long will it take to update?

The change if submitted correctly should be updated within the hour, though it can sometimes take longer. We suggest waiting 24 hours before contacting Companies House to see if there is a problem. You should receive an email confirming that a change has been made, both on submission of the change and when the change is updated on the public record. If you do not receive the first of these emails, try submitting the change again. The email will be sent to the email address you used to login with, on the Companies House website.

  1. Your website
  2. Order forms & invoices
  3. Receipts
  4. Business cards
  5. Supplier Accounts
  6. Business Banking
