How and when are my letters forwarded to me?
We aim to forward everything that arrives for your account the same working day! As long as your account is correctly set up and all payments are up to date. Items are forwarded as follows:
Letters – All letters are sorted and processed the same working day they arrive. There is no need to contact us and ask if we have received mail for your account. We will automatically process it inline with your account preferences the same working day!
Packages – The default setting for packages or parcels is that we email and let you know that one has arrived. Providing you with any incoming tracking information and different forwarding options, along with the costs. Depending on when we are instructed on how to forward the item, will depend on if it can be dispatched that same working day.

Is same day forwarding guaranteed?
We will always do our best to forward your items as safely and as fast as possible. Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee the same working day forwarding of any item. This is due to may factors that our beyond our control.
Forwarding Cut Off Times
Anything we send using Royal Mail, FedEx, ParcelForce or UPS is collected from our office. This ensures it is handed over to the respective courier safely and efficiently. Below is the time any outgoing item for the respective courier has to be labelled, booked in if required and ready by.
Royal Mail – 14:00
FedEx – 11:30 (If a collection is already booked for the day, extended to 12:30)
ParcelForce – Next Working Day
UPS – Next Working Day – 13:00
