Updating Your Mail Forwarding Address
How to update your Confidential Forwarding Address
It is not currently possible to update your forwarding address via the client portal, we are looking to enable this soon but for now you need to do the following to update it.
What you will need:
- Your Full Account Name
- Email Address
- Current Forwarding Address
- New Forwarding Address
How to make the update request:
All you need to do is head over to the contact us page on our website and select "Update Address Information" fill out the form and we will get your address updated and confirm its all sorted via a reply email asap!
To make sure your address is correctly printed on our forwarding labels, it is always a good idea to check the correct address format that Royal Mail would use! You can check how your address should be typed using the Royal Mail address checker. You can find it here.
