Can we provide proof of your virtual address?
Yes we can provide a certificate of "Proof of Virtual Registered Office". This can be provided when using our Registered Address Service for a company registered at Companies House.
Do we provide utility bills or other types of proof of address?
No, we are not able to provide any copy of a utility bill or other type of proof of address. This type of proof is used to prove that the business or person physically occupies space at our premises, which would be a false claim.
What can be done if proof of address is required?
One option is to move your business bank account, update the address for your business bank account and then use your business banking statement as your proof of address when required by third parties. If you are trying to open a business bank account at your virtual office address, you should be able to simply tell the bank that our address is your virtual office and they will just need proof of your home address to proceed.
